Comic Books for School Age Children
This is quite different to the post that I put up on here, but here goes. This post will come in handy for parents that are stuck in isolation with kids and are looking for reading material that kids will enjoy. Back in 2019 I was asked by a friend of mine who is a primary school teacher to come up with comic books that are suitable for school age children. So, here is the list that I gave:
Key:
# = The issue number
e.g. 14: 2011 = the volume and year
(This all helps so that you can find it online easier – also check to see if your local comic book shop in particular if they have brought their shop to online purchases due to lockdown.
* - might pay to check if this is alright.
** - its ok, but it still might pay to check that it is appropriate.
***** - highly recommended.
